EAC took on the project and built the site using the PHP framework Laravel. The MVP for the product was created and released to users in 1 week. The rapid release allowed us to get the site out to users and see how people would use the system.
The site integrates with Stripe for payments and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for various functions. Usage of these APIs helped speed up the development of the project.
The site has been online for several years now with minimal maintenance. It has processed several thousand transcriptions with minimal support requests. The application is so reliable and useful that there are several people who use the site weekly.
Now that the MVP works well the plan is to implement more features.
